
My name is Alex Castillo, and I’m the owner of Absolute Ambition, a coaching platform built to help real people get strong, confident, and consistent again. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Weight Loss Specialist (WLS). Before becoming a trainer, I spent years performing as a professional ballet dancer. It was a career that demanded strength, mobility, and discipline at the highest level. That experience shaped how I coach today: with attention to detail, respect for the body, and a deep understanding of how to build performance and longevity. Now, I help busy men and women navigate fitness around careers, families, and everyday life. Whether you’re rebuilding after time off, trying to drop weight, or chasing your next level of strength, I’ll help you create a plan that fits your world, and not the other way around.
